How We Respond

Our service technicians arrive with the tools and materials to find and repair most sources of water infiltration during the first visit.

We dispatch with two priorities in mind: the technician who knows your building best, and the fastest possible response. A technician who has been on your roof before already understands its system, its history, and where problems tend to start.

Our Process

Finding the source of a leak isn’t always straightforward. Water can travel well beyond where it enters a roof system before it shows up inside, and some leaks appear only under specific conditions, such as wind-driven rain or a heavy storm. That’s why every leak investigation we perform gets the same careful, methodical attention. It might be an obvious issue with a simple repair or an intermittent drip that has been hard to pin down. Either way, we trace the problem to its source, explain what we found, and recommend the right repair in writing.

Typically, when repairs are necessary during inclement weather, a temporary solution is implemented until dry conditions allow for permanent repairs.

All photos and documentation obtained during a leak investigation are kept on file for future reference. To ensure that the leak does not re-occur in the future, members of our service department will follow-up prior to the summer months with long-term repair recommendations.
